Returns – Change of Mind

In accordance with UK consumer law, customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, without the need to provide a reason.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
   •    Be unused and in the same condition as received;
   •    Be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if applicable);
   •    Show no signs of damage, wear, or misuse.

Faulty or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or a full refund.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team with the following information:
   •    Order number
   •    Reason for return
   •    Photos or videos of the product (if applicable)

Our team will provide you with return instructions after reviewing your request.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds will be processed according to the original payment method:
   •    Credit or Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.): refunds are processed back to the original card and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.
   •    PayPal: refunds are processed to the original PayPal account and are usually completed within 3–5 business days.
   •    Digital Wallets (Apple Pay / Google Pay): refunds are issued to the linked card or wallet and follow the same processing times as card payments.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers.

CarryOnn reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
